Current research is directed toward biomedical devices processing for enhancing the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Specific interests include: 1) design and development of scaffolds for musculoskeletal tissue engineering and regenerative medicine; 2) Customized medical devices for intervention of musculoskeletal disorders; 3) Surface processing of biomedical devices for regulating protein adsorption and cell attachment.
