
Michael Berthaume

Dr Berthaume is an anthroengineer and works extensively in bone biomechanics. Relevant to bone biomechanics, his work focuses on primate evolutionary biomechanics (particularly focused on form-function relationships and chewing biomechanics) and the mechanics human skeletal variation (focusing on sesamoid bones). Unrelated to bone, he also conducts work into prosthetic design in low- and middle- income countries (focusing on Sri Lanka).
